6BPrudential superannuation standard

6B Prudential superannuation standard (1) The Governor in Council may by Order in Council make a prudential superannuation standard. (2) A prudential superannuation standard made under subsection (1)— (a) must be published in the Government Gazette; and (b) takes effect on and from the date on which it is published or any later date of commencement as may be specified in the Order in Council. (3) The Board must in the performance of its functions and duties comply with a prudential superannuation standard.
