15 Establishment of Scheme There is established a Scheme called the Emergency Services Superannuation Scheme, which is to be administered by the Board. S. 16 amended by No. 81/1988 s. 4(1), repealed by No. 102/1995 s. 6. S. 17 substituted by No. 81/1988 s. 4(2).
