97 Offence to store etc flammable material to cause danger A person commits an offence if— (a) the person intentionally stores or deposits flammable material at premises; and (b) the material is stored or deposited in a way that causes, directly or indirectly, a danger to life or property if there is a fire; and (c) the person is reckless about whether the material causes a danger to life or property if there is a fire.
