85 Meaning of relevant chief officer—div 5.4.1 In this division: relevant chief officer means— (a) in relation to premises in a built-up area—the chief officer (fire and rescue service); and (b) in relation to premises in a rural area—the chief officer (fire and rescue service) or the chief officer (rural fire service).
