81 Directions by Minister to manager of land (1) The Minister may give a written direction to the manager of an area of unleased territory land, or land occupied by the Territory, in relation to compliance with— (a) a bushfire management requirement for the area; or (b) a bushfire operational plan for the area; or (c) a bushfire management standard for the area. (2) The manager must comply with the direction.
