77 Compliance with strategic bushfire management plan (1) An owner of land must— (a) as far as practicable, ensure that the land is managed in accordance with the strategic bushfire management plan; and (b) comply with any bushfire management requirement for the land. (2) The manager of an area of unleased territory land or land occupied by the Territory must— (a) as far as practicable, ensure that the area is managed in accordance with the strategic bushfire management plan; and (b) comply with any bushfire management requirement for the manager or the land.
