76 Assessment of resources and capabilities (1) After the Minister makes the strategic bushfire management plan, the commissioner must conduct an assessment, based on the plan, of available resources and capabilities for bushfire prevention and preparedness. (2) The commissioner must give the assessment to the advisory council and the Minister.
