195 Ambulance fund (1) The chief officer (ambulance service) may establish an ambulance fund, or approve a person to operate an ambulance fund, for the purpose of enabling contributors to the fund to receive services provided by the ambulance service at no cost or at a reduced rate. (2) An instrument under subsection (1) is a notifiable instrument.
