172 Recovery of compensation in court If the Territory and the person to whom compensation is payable under section 169 (Compensation—emergencies) do not agree on the amount of compensation, the person may, by proceeding in a court of competent jurisdiction, recover from the Territory the reasonable compensation that the court decides.
