128 Constitution of advisory council (1) The advisory council consists of— (a) a chairperson; and (b) a deputy chairperson; and (c) at least 3, but not more than 10, other members. (2) The deputy chairperson acts in the position of chairperson— (a) during all vacancies in the position; and (b) during all periods when the chairperson cannot for any reason exercise the functions of the position.
