111Investigator may enter land or premises

111 Investigator may enter land or premises (1) To investigate the cause or origin of a fire, an investigator may at any time enter land or premises where, or near where, the fire happened. (2) However, the investigator must not remain on the land or premises if the investigator does not produce the investigator’s identity card for inspection when asked by the occupier of the land or premises.
