Division 1 Delegation 37 Delegation by Registrar (1) The Registrar may delegate the following to any other person: (a) the power conferred by section 21 to monitor activities in an ELN, (b) any function under Division 5 of Part 3, (c) the power conferred by section 44 to approve forms. (2) The Registrar may, in an instrument of delegation, authorise the person to whom a power or function is delegated to subdelegate that power or function. Division 2 Liability of Registrar
