33 Repealed Law provisions not revived If a provision of this Law is repealed or amended by a New South Wales Act, or a provision of a New South Wales Act, the provision is not revived merely because the New South Wales Act or the provision of the New South Wales Act: (a) is later repealed or amended, or (b) later expires.
