#### 31 Relationship with Act establishing responsible tribunal 31 Relationship with Act establishing responsible tribunal > This Division— > > > (a) applies despite any provision to the contrary of the Act that establishes or continues the responsible tribunal, but > > > (b) does not otherwise limit— > > > > > (i) that Act, or > > > > > (ii) any rules, regulations or other instrument regulating the practice or procedure of the responsible tribunal.
