33 Definitions
In this part—
power lines includes structures and equipment used for or in connection with the supply of electricity by a distributor.
tree means a tree—
(a) taller than 3m, or
(b) having a canopy more than 3m in maximum diameter, or
(c) having a trunk with a circumference at a height of 1m from the ground of more than 0.3m.
