32 Maximum amount of civil monetary liability—the Act, s 63ZC(3)

32 Maximum amount of civil monetary liability—the Act, s 63ZC(3)

(1) The maximum amount of civil monetary liability for a designated person for a negligent act or omission of a kind referred to in the Act, section 63ZC(2) is $10 million.

(2) In this section—

designated person means the following—

(a) a designated information provider,

(b) an officer or employee of the designated information provider,

(c) a person acting on behalf of the designated information provider.
