A person may apply to the appropriate person for a review of the following—
(a) a decision to refuse an application to accredit the person to provide a class of contestable network services,
(b) a decision to impose conditions on the person’s accreditation,
(c) a decision to vary the conditions of the person’s accreditation,
(d) a decision to refuse to vary or revoke conditions of the person’s accreditation,
(e) a decision to suspend or cancel the person’s accreditation,
(f) a failure to act on the suspension of the person’s accreditation by either cancelling the accreditation or lifting the suspension within 28 days after the date on which the suspension took effect.
