18 Additional provisions relating to renewal of accreditation
(1) An application for accreditation by a person who is currently accredited to provide the same class of contestable network services (a renewal application) must be made—
(a) before the person’s current accreditation expires, and
(b) no more than 1 month before the current accreditation expires.
(2) An accreditation the subject of a renewal application remains in force until notice of the determination of the renewal application is given to the applicant.
