16 Application for accreditation
(1) A person may apply to the Secretary to be accredited to provide a class of contestable network services.
(2) An application must—
(a) be made in accordance with the scheme rules, and
(b) specify the class of contestable network services for which the application is made, and
(c) be supported by information specified in the scheme rules or required by the Secretary, and
(d) be accompanied by the fee specified in the scheme rules.
(3) The Secretary may require an applicant to give the Secretary additional information the Secretary considers necessary to properly consider the application.
