This order makes amendments to the Electricity Supply Industry Restructuring (Savings and Transitional Provisions) Order 2020 (the Principal Order). It takes effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette and the amendments are incorporated into the authorised version of the Principal Order.
The order therefore changes the savings and transitional rules that apply under the Principal Order to persons and entities governed by that instrument. Administrative responsibility for the order rests with the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
