5 Presumptive appointment as system controller
(1) On the commencement of this Act, the HEC is taken to have been appointed under the ESI Act as the system controller for all power systems operated by it immediately before the commencement of this Act.
(2) An appointment under this section continues for 12 months after the commencement of this Act.
