Tasmania regulation
This amendment order updates the Electricity Supply Industry Concession Order 2016 and takes effect on 1 July 2025. The instrument does not reproduce the substantive changes in its text; it records that those amendments have been incorporated into the authorised version of the 2016 Order. It therefore affects parties governed by the 2016 Order (for example, concession recipients and electricity suppliers) and is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance.
