This Order amends the Electricity Supply Industry Concession Order 2016 by incorporating specified amendments into its authorised version; it takes effect the day it is notified in the Gazette (cl 2).
It therefore applies to the persons and entities covered by the 2016 Order (cl 3). Clauses 4–9 are administrative: they record incorporation of amendments rather than setting out new operative rules. The instrument is administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance.
