2 Commencement
(1) Parts 1, 2 and 5 commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2) The provisions of Parts 3 and 4 commence –
(a) on a day or days to be proclaimed; or
(b) at a time or times to be proclaimed; or
(c) on the occurrence of one or more events to be proclaimed; or
(d) as otherwise proclaimed.
