3 Adjustment of fee for registration of peak demand reduction certificate

(1) Under the Act, Schedule 4A, clause 118(10)(b), the fee for an application for registration of the creation of a certificate must be adjusted on 1 November of each year using the following formula—

Feecurrent period is the registration fee for the compliance period.

CPIcurrent year is the Consumer Price Index for the June quarter immediately preceding the start of the compliance period.

CPIJun 22 is the Consumer Price Index for the June quarter 2022.

(2) A fee must be rounded up to the nearest one hundredth of a cent.
