2 Adjustment of fee for registration of energy savings certificate

(1) Under the Act, Schedule 4A, clause 46(6), the fee for an application for registration of the creation of an energy savings certificate must be adjusted on 1 January of each year as follows—

Feeyear is the registration fee for the year.

CPIyear-1 is the Consumer Price Index for the September quarter of the immediately preceding year.

CPISep 21 is the Consumer Price Index for the September quarter 2021.

(2) A fee must be rounded up to the nearest cent.
