74 Liable acquisitions—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 90(2)(b) and (3A)

For calculating a scheme participant’s individual liable demand for a compliance period, the following are not liable acquisitions made by the scheme participant during the compliance period—

(a) a purchase of electricity by a scheme participant from a customer of the participant if the electricity is subsequently supplied to or acquired by AEMO,

(b) a purchase, made by the scheme participant during the compliance period for the peak demand reduction scheme, of electricity for use by a scheduled bidirectional unit,

(c) the generation of electricity by a scheme participant if the electricity is supplied to or acquired by AEMO.
