For the Act, Schedule 4A, clause 73(2)(d), the following decisions by the Scheme Administrator are prescribed—

(a) a decision to impose or vary a condition of the accreditation of a certificate provider,

(b) a decision to refuse to vary the activities for which a certificate provider is accredited,

(c) a decision to make a claim on or realise financial assurance provided by an accredited certificate provider.
