63 Registration of transfer of certificates—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 50(6)

(1) An application to register the transfer of an energy savings certificate must be made to the Scheme Administrator in the way approved by the Scheme Administrator.

(2) The Scheme Administrator may refuse to register the transfer of an energy savings certificate if the proposed transfer would, in the Scheme Administrator’s opinion, contravene the Act, this regulation or the scheme rules.

(3) The Scheme Administrator must give the applicant written notice of the reasons for the refusal of the application.
