61 Form of energy savings certificates—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 47

61 Form of energy savings certificates—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 47

(1) Energy savings certificates must be created in a form approved by the Scheme Administrator.

(2) An energy savings certificate must state the following—

(a) the name of the person who created the certificate,

(b) the activity for which the certificate is created, including information about the activity the Scheme Administrator, by written notice, requires the accredited certificate provider to include in the certificate,

(c) the year in which the energy savings arising from the activity occurred,

(d) for a certificate relating to an energy savings activity that occurred in a State or Territory for which there is an approved corresponding scheme under the Act, Schedule 4A, clause 30—the State or Territory in which the activity occurred.
