52 Transfer of accreditation—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 43(4)

An application for transfer of accreditation as an energy savings certificate provider must be—

(a) made in the way approved by the Scheme Administrator, and

(b) accompanied by the information relating to the activity the Scheme Administrator requires, and

(c) accompanied by the fee set out in Schedule 1.
