47 Application for accreditation—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 39(4)

An application for accreditation as an energy savings certificate provider for an activity must be—

(a) made in the way approved by the Scheme Administrator, and

(b) accompanied by the information about the activity the Scheme Administrator requires, and

(c) accompanied by the application fee set out in Schedule 1.

Note—

The Act, Schedule 4A, clause 39(5) allows the Scheme Administrator to charge a fee for investigating and determining an application for accreditation, in addition to the application fee.
