37 Definition of “assessment”

In this division—

assessment, in relation to a scheme participant, means—

(a) an assessment of the participant’s individual energy savings target for a year, or

(b) an assessment of the participant’s liability for an energy savings shortfall penalty for a year, including liability for an energy savings shortfall penalty for a carried forward shortfall.
