35 Liable acquisitions—the Act, Schedule 4A, cl 10(2B)

For calculating a scheme participant’s individual energy savings target for a year, the following are not liable acquisitions made by the scheme participant during the year—

(a) a purchase, made by the scheme participant during the year, of electricity from a customer of the participant if the electricity is subsequently supplied to or acquired by AEMO,

(b) a purchase, made by the scheme participant during the year, of electricity for use by a scheduled bidirectional unit,

(c) the generation of electricity by a scheme participant if the electricity is supplied to or acquired by AEMO.
