24 Exemption for Evoenergy—the Act, s 191(2)

(1) The terms of an electricity supply arrangement, including a feed-in tariff arrangement, entered into by Evoenergy with a customer in New South Wales must, as if the customer were in the Australian Capital Territory, comply with—

(a) the Electricity Feed-in (Renewable Energy Premium) Act 2008 of the Australian Capital Territory, and

(b) the Utilities Act 2000 of the Australian Capital Territory.

(2) In this section—

Evoenergy means the partnership between—

(a) Icon Distribution Investments Ltd (ACN 073 025 224), and

(b) Jemena Networks (ACT) Pty Ltd (ACN 008 552 663).
