21 Reports by energy ombudsman—the Act, s 191(1)(f)

(1) An energy ombudsman must give the Minister—

(a) a copy of every public report issued by the ombudsman, and

(b) written notice of changes in the policies and procedures adopted for the relevant approved energy ombudsman scheme.

(2) The Minister may from time to time require an energy ombudsman for an approved energy ombudsman scheme to give the Minister a report on the operation of the scheme, including—

(a) the extent to which the scheme is meeting the objectives referred to in the Act, section 96B(2), and

(b) compliance with obligations under the scheme by—

(i) licence holders or specified licence holders, and

(ii) other persons bound by the scheme.
