131 Service of documents—the Act, s 191(1)(j)

A notice or document required or authorised to be given to a person by or under the Act or this regulation may be—

(a) sent by post—

(i) for a distributor—to an office of the distributor, or

(ii) otherwise—to the last known address of the person, or

(b) given personally to the person, or

(c) sent to the person by email to an email address provided by the person, or

(d) given to the person by other electronic means.
