129 Descriptions of parts of local government areas in distribution districts—the Act, s 83(3)

For the Act, Schedule 3—

(a) the part of Merriwa referred to in the description of Essential Energy’s distribution district is the part of Merriwa that was within the distribution district of Ulan Electricity immediately before 1 October 1995, and

(b) the part of Merriwa referred to in the description of Ausgrid’s distribution district is the part of Merriwa that was within the distribution district of Shortland Electricity immediately before 1 October 1995.
