124 Savings
(1) A facility that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was used by an approved eligible customer to produce green hydrogen is, on and from the commencement of this section, taken to be an approved facility.
(2) In this section—
approved eligible customer means a person who, immediately before the commencement of this section, was an approved eligible customer under the repealed regulation, clause 65C.
