118 Minister may require information
(1) The Minister may, by written notice, require a person to give the Minister relevant information within the period specified in the notice.
(2) A person must comply with a requirement to give the Minister information.
(3) In this section—
relevant information means information the Minister reasonably requires to assist in exercising the Minister’s functions under this part, including for determining whether a person is, or continues to be, an eligible person.
