#### 98E Regulations to amend Schedule 4A 98E Regulations to amend Schedule 4A > In establishing a scheme, the regulations may amend Schedule 4A (other than Part 1 of Schedule 4A) to make provision for or with respect to any matter that is necessary or convenient for carrying out or giving effect to the object of the safeguard and, in particular, for or with respect to the following— > > > (a) a matter referred to in section 98D, > > > (b) any other matter that is consequent on, or ancillary or incidental to, a matter referred to in section 98D, > > > (c) the subdelegation, to rules approved by the Minister (scheme rules), of provision with respect to a matter referred to in section 98D or paragraph (b) (but only if the scheme rules are not inconsistent with this Act or the regulations), > > > (d) the creation of an offence punishable by a penalty not exceeding 10,000 penalty units (in the case of a corporation) and 5,000 penalty units (in any other case). > > **s 98E:** Ins 2020 No 5, Sch 1.10\[1\].
