97KA Obligations under greenhouse gas benchmark rules
(1) A benchmark participant or an accredited abatement certificate provider must not contravene a greenhouse gas benchmark rule.
Maximum penalty—
(a) in the case of a corporation—250 penalty units,
(b) in the case of an individual—100 penalty units.
(2) (Repealed)
