#### 97 Resolution of disputes between public authorities 97 Resolution of disputes between public authorities > > (1) Any dispute arising under this Act between 2 or more public authorities may be resolved by agreement between the Ministers responsible for those authorities or, if agreement cannot be reached, by the Premier. > > > (2) A public authority must comply with any direction arising out of the resolution of the dispute under this section. > > > (3) This section does not apply while any other remedy is available under this Act for the resolution of the dispute.
