#### 85 Transfer of staff, assets, rights and liabilities 85 Transfer of staff, assets, rights and liabilities > > (1) The Minister may direct, by order in writing, that any specified staff, assets, rights or liabilities of a distributor whose distribution district is varied be transferred to such other distributor as is specified in the order. > > > (2) Such an order may be made on such terms and conditions as are specified in the order. > > > (3) Schedule 4 applies to the transfer of staff, assets, rights or liabilities under this section. > > **s 85:** Am 2000 No 109, Sch 1 \[45\].
