#### 78A Exchange of information 78A Exchange of information > > (1) Despite another provision of this Act, the Scheme Administrator may keep the following information— > > > > > (a) information about offences or alleged offences under this Part, > > > > > (b) information collected in the administration of this Act. > > > (2) The Scheme Administrator may give the information kept under this clause to the following— > > > > > (a) a person or body undertaking functions, similar to those undertaken by the Scheme Administrator, in another State or Territory or for the Commonwealth, > > > > > (b) a government sector agency within the meaning of the [Government Sector Employment Act 2013](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2013-040).
