#### 71A Appointment of compliance officers 71A Appointment of compliance officers > > (1) The Scheme Administrator may, in accordance with any guidelines in force under this clause, appoint compliance officers for the purposes of this Part. > > > (2) The Minister may, by written order, issue guidelines for the appointment of compliance officers. > > > (3) An order under this clause must be published on the Scheme Administrator’s website and takes effect on— > > > > > (a) the day on which it is published, or > > > > > (b) a later day specified in the order.
