#### 71 Obstruction of authorised officers 71 Obstruction of authorised officers > A person must not— > > > (a) prevent an authorised officer from exercising any function conferred or imposed on the authorised officer under this Act, or > > > (b) hinder or obstruct an authorised officer in the exercise of any such function, or > > > (c) impersonate an authorised officer. > > Maximum penalty—200 penalty units (in the case of a corporation) and 50 penalty units (in any other case).
