#### 63H External review of order 63H External review of order > > (1) A person who is not satisfied with the result of an internal review under clause 63G may make an application to the Civil and Administrative Tribunal under the [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076) for administrative review of the internal review decision. > > > (2) The [Administrative Decisions Review Act 1997](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1997-076), section 53 does not apply to a decision under clause 63G that may be reviewed by the Tribunal.
