#### 63F Withdrawal of order 63F Withdrawal of order > > (1) A scheme entity may withdraw a civil penalty order by written notice to the person the subject of the order. > > > (2) A civil penalty order may be withdrawn under this clause at any time before it is complied with. > > > (3) A civil penalty order issued to a person is automatically withdrawn on the commencement against the person of criminal proceedings for the contravention. > > > (4) A civil penalty order withdrawn under this clause may, subject to clause 63D, be reissued.
