#### 43A Definitions 43A Definitions > In this Division— > > electricity network pricing determination means a determination of the distribution network service pricing in accordance with the National Electricity Rules for the provision of electricity network services by a licensee. > > licensee means the holder of a distributor’s licence but does not include an authorised distributor under the [Electricity Network Assets (Authorised Transactions) Act 2015](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2015-005). > > **s 43A:** Ins 1997 No 36, Sch 1 \[2\].
